RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All instrument orders are eligible for a 48 hour approval period. Should a buyer wish to return or exchange an order, Metz Music must be notified within the 48 hour approval period by calling (573) 341-3020 to initiate the return or exchange process.  

• Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials
   
• Items must be return shipped in the original box. 
   
• Items must be shipped using a shipping method with tracking, such as UPS ground or FedEx.
   
• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and condition evaluation.
   
• Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable.
   
• Once we've received your return and performed a condition evaluation, it can take 2-3 business days for the credit card issuer to post the credit.
